The aim was to make self-organisation, resonance, and participatory responsibility tangible as key elements of a future-ready public administration \u2013 rooted in current societal developments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"1018\"><strong data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"718\">Context and Objectives<br \/>\n<\/strong>As part of the programme <em data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"779\">\u201cNew Work in the Public Sector\u201d<\/em>, employees from various hierarchical levels were invited to engage with the opportunities and challenges of new working environments. The events sought to strike a balance between structural clarity, human connection, and creative agency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1511\"><strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1067\">Formats, Topics and Methodological Approach<br \/>\n<\/strong>The workshops were designed as interactive learning spaces, using methods such as Art of Hosting, Circle Practice, and dialogic storytelling. The emphasis was on experiential learning in resonance groups, peer exchange, and reflection on individual roles and responsibilities in a transforming organisational context. Key themes included trust, participatory leadership, constructive engagement with change, self-organisation, and resonance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1856\"><strong data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1540\">Ursula Hillbrand\u2019s Role<br \/>\n<\/strong>As an experienced facilitator, Ursula Hillbrand guided participants through a carefully curated learning process that spoke to both cognitive understanding and emotional resonance.
