Ursula Hillbrand – Pioneer of the Art of Hosting
Ursula Hillbrand is a lawyer, transformation consultant, executive coach, and process designer. After 25 years of working in and with European institutions, she now supports organisations, leaders, and teams in transformation processes, strategic dialogues, and participatory formats.
Her work brings together the Art of Hosting, Theory U, systemic thinking, Social Presencing Theater, and deep experience in international leadership and participation processes.
At the centre of her work is the question of how people can reconnect in complex situations, take shared responsibility, and shape the future through genuine participation.
The Bregenzer Salon – Seminar Space in Bregenz
The Bregenzer Salon is Ursula’s place of the heart and a living space for encounters, learning, and meaningful conversations. Trainings, coachings, salon evenings, and selected events take place here.
